49ers Named to Make Into the 2022 Pro Bowl

Five San Francisco 49ers have been named to the Pro Bowl for the 2022 season. There were also alternates to the All-Star game for Laken Tomlinson, Alex Mack, Trenton Cannon, Arik Armstead, Fred Warner and Mitch Wishnowsky.

Second only to Kansas City Chiefs and Dallas Cowboys were San Francisco 49ers in terms of votes for NFL players. There were 264,687 votes for Bosa and Juszczyk in the top five fan-voted players presented by the NFL on Monday (242,900).

On February 6, 2022, Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas will host the 2022 Pro Bowl.

Pro Football Focus ranks Kittle as the best tight end in the league with a 92.3 overall rating. During the past four weeks, he has amassed 438 receiving yards. In terms of yards after catch (7.0) and broken tackles, he is ranked seventh by PFF (5.0). (18).

Kittle was the clear favorite of the on-line community when it came time for the final voting.

Samuel will make his debut in the Pro Bowl this year. For the first time in his career, he had a season with at least 1,000 yards passing and five touchdowns in 2021. With 7 touchdowns on the ground and 269 rushing yards, the wide receiver is a dual threat. A 49er tight end hasn’t scored more than 12 touchdowns in a season since Vernon Davis had 13 in 2013. Samuel became the first 49er to score a rushing touchdown in five straight games since Raheem Mostert in Weeks 12-17 of 2019.

YAC threat: PFF ranks Samuel as the NFL’s best at 9.5 per reception. In the NFL, he’s tied for second with three 20-plus-yard touchdown runs.

Samuel was chosen third in the NFC wide receiver rankings by fans.

Williams, of the 49ers, will go to his sixth Pro Bowl. No matter what position he plays, he’s currently having the best season ever according to PFF. Through Week 15, he has a PFF of 98.5, which is the best since the program began in 2006 The left tackle of the San Francisco 49ers has more big run blocks than any other lineman in the league with five.

Starting at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Sunday, February 6, ESPN, ESPN Deportes, and ABC will broadcast the 2022 Pro Bowl.
